We are seeking a motivated and organized Onsite Recruiter to support our staffing operations and serve as the primary point of contact for employees and clients at an assigned worksite.

Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit, interview, and screen qualified candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews, orientations, onboarding, and employee start dates.
• Maintain daily communication with clients and temporary employees.
• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and overall performance.
• Manage call-offs, absences, replacements, and daily staffing needs.
• Assist employees with questions regarding schedules, assignments, payroll, and workplace concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee records, timecards, placement logs, and staffing reports.
• Ensure all required hiring and onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
• Conduct regular onsite check-ins with employees and address workplace concerns promptly.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and employees.
• Communicate staffing needs and employee updates to the appropriate internal teams.
• Assist with resolving attendance, performance, and employee relations issues.
• Ensure employees understand their job duties, schedules, safety requirements, and workplace expectations.
• Provide excellent customer service while representing the staffing company professionally.

Qualifications:

• Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience working with warehouse or industrial staffing is preferred.

The Material Handler and Fork Lift operators ( must have sit down and stand up experience) will support the operation to pull and sequence the orders received in a efficient timely manner to meet the shipping deadlines.
