Key Responsibilities\n

• Build a positive and trusting rapport with clients through empathetic communication and supportive interactions.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s specific needs.

• Lead individual and couple counseling sessions, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate discussion and progress.

• Regularly meet with clients to monitor their progress, providing ongoing support and adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on their evolving needs.

• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and specialists as required, referring clients to additional resources to enhance their treatment.

• Engage in continuous professional development and training to remain current with best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
