Endpoint Administrator II

Your Role This is a versatile role in process assessment, application deployment, development, and Endpoint Management across 19,000+ endpoints, including Windows, Mac, and Mobile Devices. Under the supervision of the Endpoint Systems Manager, the Endpoint Administrator II will troubleshoot and operate the enterprise's Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune environments, perform application packaging and deployment, OSD development and deployment, and GPO maintenance. The role requires strong teamwork, the ability to manage multiple concurrent complex tasks with minimal supervision, and excellent communication skills at all levels. This position will be based on-site 5 days a week. What You Will Do Design and maintain GPO configurations Design and maintain login scripts Design and maintain operating system deployment configurations via Microsoft Configuration Manager and Microsoft Intune (Autopilot) Develop and distribute complex application packages via Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune using the PowerShell App Deployment Toolkit framework Facilitate and participate in the change management process Troubleshoot software and hardware problems using standard configurations Direct & indirect team member training, coaching, and leading Your Qualifications Bachelor's degree in computer science or computer information systems plus a minimum of 5 years of IT-related experience, or an Associate degree with 8 years of IT-related experience 3+ years of Microsoft Configuration Manager experience (software packaging/deployment, reporting, configuration, endpoint management) 3+ years of Microsoft Intune experience (software packaging/deployment, reporting, configuration, endpoint management) 3+ years of operating system deployment via Microsoft Configuration Manager 2+ years of operating system provisioning via Microsoft Intune 2+ years of GPO development and maintenance Window Patch Management via Microsoft Configuration Manager, WSUS, PatchMyPC Tier 2/3 support experience in an enterprise desktop environment 2+ years of direct & indirect team training, coaching, and leading Excellent troubleshooting and solution development skills Comfortable working within a change and release management system Professional with a “Customer Service” attitude Microsoft Certified IT Professional ITILv3/4 Foundations Certification a plus Salary Oakland, CA – Estimated base salary $105k–$115k plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience Los Angeles, CA – Estimated base salary $95k–$105k plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience Dallas, TX – Estimated base salary $85k–$95k plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience Benefits Paid time off, paid holidays, 401(k), profit sharing, employee stock ownership, and twice annual bonus opportunities Medical, dental, vision, disability, wellness programs, flex spending Licensure and professional development reimbursement for certain professional licenses, associated renewals, exam fees, and tuition for eligible programs or classes Life at Gensler Gensler encourages a healthy and balanced life, offering curated art exhibits, internal design competitions, and “Well-being Awareness Week.” The offices reflect diverse interests and a collaborative, inclusive environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Gensler
