Job Description We are seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in invoice processing, purchase order matching, and vendor payment execution and a proven ability to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely, accurate disbursements. Responsibilities: Communicate with vendors and customers regarding shipments, payments, and discrepancies. Monitor the AP inbox and collect vendor invoices received via email and mail. Review and validate invoices against purchase orders and receiving documentation. Code and process invoices to appropriate G/L accounts, departments, and projects. Create and post vouchers within the ERP system. Research invoice discrepancies and coordinate resolution with purchasing, receiving, and internal stakeholders. Generate vendor payments, including ACH, wire transfers, and checks. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency with ERP systems and AP workflows. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Experience in accounts payable operations, invoice matching, and payment processing. Preferred Skills: Experience with three-way match processes and purchase-to-pay controls.
