Role Description The Inside Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Houston, TX. This position is responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, qualifying leads, and developing opportunities across Water/Wastewater and engineering solution offerings. Day-to-day tasks include responding to inquiries, conducting follow-up calls and emails, preparing quotes, and maintaining accurate information in the CRM system. The role involves collaborating with engineering and operations teams to understand solution capabilities, communicate value propositions, and support proposal development. The Inside Sales Specialist also focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and meeting or exceeding sales and performance targets. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and managing a sales pipeline. Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with a focus on relationship-building and issue resolution. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication with customers and internal teams. Relevant experience in technical or solution-based sales, preferably in Water/Wastewater, or engineering services, is beneficial. Proficiency with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and basic data entry and reporting is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Houston, TX, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
