Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional language skills a plus. Essential Duties Achieve or exceed assigned monthly sales performance plans. Acquire and maintain comprehensive product knowledge to demonstrate brand quality and style. Recommend, select, and locate merchandise based on customer requests. Process sales transactions efficiently and accurately using the store register while adhering to checkout standards. Access and maintain consumer accounts accurately and protect customer privacy in accordance with company policies. Maintain professional attire, conduct, and appearance in line with company standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
