Managing end-to-end service models for provider segments, the full-time Claims Manager will oversee claims processing, financial reporting, and customer service while working remotely in North Carolina. Key responsibilities Streamline claims processing and set operational processes to meet business targets Manage financial recovery activities, including refunds and collections, while ensuring compliance with accounting principles Collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve complex claims appeals and improve customer satisfaction Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 8+ years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Demonstrated claims operations experience in a regulated claims environment Experience leading claims teams and managing performance Proven understanding of claims systems and processing workflows
