Billing Specialist

Job Title Billing Specialist Classification & Compensation Full-Time, Hourly. Pay Range: DOE. Schedule & Location Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (occasional evenings/weekends as needed). Visit our website: Job Summary The billing department audits projects to compare production to quote and determines any additional costs to be billed. This entry‑level position focuses on maintaining the flow of jobs through the shop, providing internal support to coworkers, and working with all departments to understand company operations. Essential Functions Answer questions regarding status of jobs in the shop. Enter job values into computer after job is billed. Provide support to billing lead, including simple pre‑invoicing. Check jobs for open purchase orders, materials, or out‑of‑line costs. Monitor jobs through the shop & accounting. Other duties. Skills & Qualifications Basic math Excel Problem‑solving skills Excellent written & verbal communication skills Must be dependable & have attention to detail Minimum Experience Required High school diploma Knowledge of printing industry a plus Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
