Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, incorporating crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.

• Document clinical interactions and maintain accurate records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools as indicated by the clinical team to ensure effective treatment planning.

• Actively collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement integrated care plans that promote positive client outcomes.

• Serve as a liaison to state agencies and community partners, facilitating communication and resource sharing to benefit clients.

• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and professional development activities to enhance your skills and knowledge in mental health counseling.

• Attend state-level meetings, task forces, and committees related to behavioral health to advocate for clients and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral health field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current LMHC license issued by the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
