Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individual treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Provide crisis intervention and ongoing support, ensuring access to pre-crisis and crisis plans as well as personalized behavioral guidelines.

• Complete necessary documentation accurately and promptly, adhering to all regulatory standards to maintain compliance.

• Utilize evidence-based assessment tools and collaborate with clinical teams to craft effective positive behavior support plans.

• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes actively, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.
\n
• Serve as a vital communication link between clients and relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners.

• Foster relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to promote our programs and create new opportunities for community engagement and funding.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and conferences to hone your skills and stay current with industry trends.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and adjustment issues. You will engage with a diverse client base, empowering them to navigate life's challenges and promoting their overall well-being through tailored, culturally sensitive approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a behavioral health field is required.

• Active LMHC license issued by the state board of Washington.
