Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field and current licensure in Washington State as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Associate (LMHC-A).

• A minimum of one year of experience working in behavioral or mental health settings.

• In-depth understanding of trauma-informed care and familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Strong knowledge of current research and innovative practices in mental health, possibly including professional psychedelic integration counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
