Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver psychotherapy services using an array of modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy tailored to meet each client's unique needs.

• Conduct diagnostic assessments and monitoring of therapeutic progress through data-driven approaches, adjusting treatment plans based on client feedback and responses.

• Provide crisis management interventions as needed, ensuring patient safety and effective support during critical situations.

• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems to manage patient information, treatment notes, and session schedules efficiently.

• Maintain a full caseload, participating in continuous professional development to enhance therapeutic practices and stay updated on mental health trends.

• Offer compassionate, non-judgmental support to individuals dealing with a wide range of mental health conditions, developing the trust necessary for effective treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will serve a multifaceted patient population facing various mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n
