Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients effectively, while engaging them in developing individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal challenges, utilizing methods like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Offer crisis intervention and support strategies to clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and mental well-being.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care, aiding in treatment coordination and follow-up.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring accuracy and timely documentation of treatment progress.

Qualifications\n

• Proven experience in delivering therapeutic services to individuals and families, demonstrating depth and diversity in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and licensure.
