Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments, evaluating clients' mental health concerns, strengths, and personal needs to inform treatment strategies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings, client goals, and evidence-based practices.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques to meet diverse client needs.

• Track and document clients' progress through therapy, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and case managers, to ensure clients receive comprehensive, coordinated care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
