Help clients achieve results with Petra Labs. Work across sales, operations and product. Identify insights from customer interactions. Translate customer feedback into product direction. Help move important company initiatives forward. Operate with significant ownership and autonomy. Company/Culture Works from its SoHo, New York office. Keeps the team small and gives employees significant ownership. Values direct communication and evidence-based decision making. Expects a high level of effort from employees.
