Office manager

Are you an experienced Office Manager with 3+ years of experience? Are you looking for an opportunity to provide excellent customer service and support to a amall office team? If so, this may be just the job for you! Pay will vary based on experience. Work schedule is Monday - Thursday 8 to 5 and Friday 8-3. Responsibilities

will be responsible for managing small office. will be responsible for assisting in payroll, approving invoices, ordering supplies, etc.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

Skills

• Microsoft Office (3 years of experience is required)
• Answering Phones (2 years of experience is required)
• MS Office (3 years of experience is required)
• Business operations (3 years of experience is required)
