Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual counseling sessions with clients via video chat, focusing on enhancing their mental health and well-being.

• Encouraging open discussions about emotions, experiences, and relationships to foster client insight and self-understanding.

• Actively advocating for clients and assisting in defining personal goals for their treatment plans.

• Conducting evaluations of clients’ mental health conditions and collaborating on tailored treatment plans using your expertise and solution-based approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will consist of stable adults who have been carefully screened prior to seeking your services, allowing you to focus on individuals with low acuity needs. This ensures that you can devote your skills to clients who can benefit most from your expertise, without the challenges presented by more severe mental health issues. We also prioritize matching you with clients who align with your specialties and demographic preferences, enhancing the therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A valid state license, in good standing, to practice independently as a:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
\n
• Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
\n
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on working hours and caseload. Our benefits include:
