We're looking for an experienced HVAC In-Home Sales Consultant who can guide homeowners through major heating and cooling decisions and help them find solutions that fit their needs.This is an opportunity for a confident, customer-focused sales professional who enjoys working directly with homeowners, building relationships, and turning opportunities into successful projects.What You'll DoMeet with homeowners in their homes to evaluate comfort needs and discuss replacement or upgrade options.Recommend HVAC solutions based on the customer's home, budget, and long-term goals.Explain equipment options, energy efficiency, warranties, financing, and available solutions in a clear, consultative manner.Prepare professional proposals and guide customers from initial consultation through the sales process.Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure customers receive a seamless experience.Stay current on HVAC technology, products, and industry developments.Accurately document customer and sales activity in CRM and other digital systems.What We're Looking For2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, in-home sales, or a comparable consultative sales environment.Strong communication and relationship-building skills.A professional, customer-first approach.Self-directed, organized, and motivated to achieve results.Comfortable managing your own appointments, follow-up, and sales pipeline.Ability to explain technical products and options to homeowners in an easy-to-understand way.Experience using CRM software and other digital sales tools.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC or sales training is a plus.What You'll GetBase salary plus commission$120,000+ expected annual earningsCompany-provided vehicle80% employer-paid medical coverage and 50% company-paid dependent coverageDental and vision insuranceEmployer-paid short-term disability and accident insuranceSimple IRA with 3% employer match after one year3 weeks of accrued PTO9 paid holidaysOngoing training with industry leaders including Trane, Generac, and MitsubishiOpportunities for advancement and professional growthQuarterly employee dinners for employees and spousesTeam outings, retreats, and other company eventsA supportive, family-oriented work environmentWhy Complete Comfort?At Complete Comfort, we believe the people who represent our company are just as important as the products and services we provide.
