Pacific Pathways Speech Therapy is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our Rancho Mirage and Orange County, CA clinics!
Minimum Qualifications:
— ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from an accredited program
— 2+ years of clinical experience in both treatment and comprehensive assessments
— Experience with pediatric and geriatric populations preferred
— Ability to work independently and manage a caseload with minimal supervision
Role Responsibilities
- Assessment and Diagnosis:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify speech and language disorders. - Individualized Therapy:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for each child and adult. - Collaboration:
Partner with families and other professionals to ensure continuity of care. - Advocacy:
Promote awareness and understanding of communication disorders within the community.
