Responsible for achieving the growth of sales and profit, and to serve our customers to be a dependable partner by supervising all Sales and Demand chain activities to work together with production and its support departments. This position description is not meant to be all inclusive of any job function. They may change at any given time based on the organizational need.

Essential Duties of Leadership team member:

To take leadership to direct our team to achieve our mission, vision, values, business plan, and goals of company and departmental scorecard.

Essential Duties of : Production Control Manager

A leader of Production Control Department

To supervise all personnel in the department, and assign the role and responsibility of the following tasks to every personnel in the department. (Production control / Production planning / Supply chain and Purchasing / Cost accounting / Warehouse) 

To develop the departmental business plan and scorecard in line with the company business plan and scorecard to manage to achieve the goal of the company and departmental scorecard.

To lead the department to meet both the company and department goals to manage people.

To communicate all personnel to be informed about company and departmental directions and policies.

To develop performance standards for all positions within the department.

To ensure consistent and fair evaluation according to these standards to motivate the people.

To maximize the capability of each person

To develop a training program.

To resolve any payroll issues involving time records to manage overtime, sick, and vacations.

To maintain necessary staffing levels by completing requisitions and participating in interviews and other aspects of the staffing process as needed.

Other Duties:

Training: Leadership, ERP system, Basic of product and process engineering, Standard cost, Inventory management, Effective listening skills, and negotiation skills

There are no minimal educational requirements for this position. Individuals are qualified based on achieved educational levels, transferable work experience, positive attitude to learn and to adhere with all job functional expectations and aptitude as demonstrated and depicted during the selection process.

Decision Making:

Responsible for all production control related actions.

Financial Responsibilities:

1. To meet the business plan's Sales and profitability

2. Develop for approval and implement the business plan in the areas of Sales, Purchase, Inventory, departmental labor cost, and Sales expense including transportation cost.

3. To manage the profitability in terms of Sales pricing and Purchasing price.

Communication:

1. To constantly maintain two-way communication with Leadership team members, supervisors, advisors, support departments, setters, and operators..

2. Time to Time, it is essential to communicate with headquarter in Japan to have sales support and advice.

3. Actively participate in Leadership team meetings which are scheduled daily, weekly, and quarterly.

4. Maintain records of performance, attendance, and other employee issues necessary to provide job feedback to employees and to complete reviews.

5. Ability to keep good communication with customers and company staff.

Results of Action:

1. Maintain a sustainable relationship with customers to grow the sales and profitability for a long term.

2. Develop new business and customers for the growth.

3. Achieve the goals of the company and departmental scorecard.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Sales, Demand Chain, Warehouse

Computer (Google, Microsoft Office, i5, ERP and Barcode System)

Knowledge Skills:

1. Company policies and procedures.

2. Leadership

4. Possess technical knowledge of product line, process, and machinery.

5. Understanding of company goals and customer requirements.

6. Basic computer skills (Google, Microsoft Office, i5, ERP and Barcode System).
