Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing effective therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, discuss stabilization, and determine appropriate discharge protocols when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans centered around each client’s unique needs and goals.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation, including progress notes that track client advancement and inform subsequent sessions.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments, evaluating new clients' mental health statuses and identifying necessary intervention strategies.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions according to best practices and client schedules, ensuring each session is impactful and relevant.

• Participate in regular individual supervision and peer feedback sessions to continuously enhance your therapeutic skills and knowledge.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers and professionals to create integrated care plans for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including adults dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders, as well as children and families facing unique challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with an unrestricted, current, and active license.

• A minimum of three years of post-graduate clinical experience in an outpatient setting.

• Proficient in computer usage, including Excel, RMS systems, Outlook, and other telehealth software.

• Experience providing direct psychotherapy services and completing intake assessments effectively.

• Experience in telehealth services and familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.

• A background in providing family therapy or group therapy sessions.

• Specialized training in evidence-based practices relevant to specific client needs, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
