Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose and formulate treatment plans tailored to each client's individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapy modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic approaches, adapting techniques based on client feedback and progress.

• Manage logistical tasks such as scheduling, client intake, and billing through our supportive administrative team, allowing you to focus on therapy.

• Collaborate with our intake and scheduling team to ensure a smooth client experience, enabling clients to book appointments via our intuitive online platform or dedicated hotline.

• Utilize our centralized EHR portal to manage client documentation, treatment plans, and progress notes efficiently, with live support available as needed.

• Participate in weekly check-ins with other mental health professionals to share insights, discuss challenging cases, and enhance your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele seeking support for various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, stress management, relationship issues, and more. Our referral stream provides a mix of in-network insurance clients and self-paying clients, ensuring you can choose whom you prefer to work with while building lasting therapeutic relationships.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a master’s degree or doctorate in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, Counseling).

• Fully licensed as a mental health professional in the United States (e.g., LMHC, LCSW, LPCC).

• 1-3+ years of relevant counseling experience preferred.

• Malpractice insurance coverage is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
