Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify client needs and risks.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific goals, preferences, and cultural backgrounds.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various formats, including individual, couple, group, and family therapy.

• Facilitate crisis intervention services, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering strictly to regulatory guidelines.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, equipping them with tools to manage conditions effectively and fostering empowerment.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team that includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure comprehensive and coordinated client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Colorado.

• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with clients from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in clinical mental health counseling or therapy, ideally within a telehealth or remote environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
