Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health status and identify therapeutic needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans, integrating evidence-based practices and addressing specific mental health concerns.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive approaches tailored to each client's unique background and needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations.

• Engage with clients regularly to monitor progress and adapt treatment plans as needed to facilitate optimal outcomes.

• Provide referrals to other professionals when necessary, such as psychiatrists for medication management or specialized services.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and share insights on best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele experiencing a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, substance use disorders, and eating disorders. Your expertise will be instrumental in offering clients the support they need on their journey to recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid state license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
\n
• At least four years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, with a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Deep knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and cultural competence in providing therapy.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and technology for documentation and client engagement.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience providing teletherapy or online counseling services is preferred but not mandatory. Additionally, a background in delivering crisis intervention and support is highly valued, as well as familiarity with group therapy processes.

Compensation and Benefits\n
