Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a predictable caseload of clients while establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.

• Engage in regular check-ins with clients to evaluate their progress, review treatment plans, and schedule future appointments or discharges as suitable.

• Craft, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to clients' individual needs, utilizing therapeutic modalities appropriate for their diagnoses.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and consistent progress notes for each client to monitor their journey effectively.
\n
• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand new clients’ histories and establish effective treatment pathways.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques to foster client goals.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions for clinical ongoing development.

As a clinician at Light on Anxiety & Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Demonstrated ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements of relevant clinical settings.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience working with psychiatric clients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and providing both individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
