Smiles of Longview is looking for a full-time General Dentist to join our established Longview practice. We offer the patient flow, clinical opportunity, and supportive team you need to build a highly productive practice while maintaining the autonomy to diagnose and treat patients the right way.

Our practice combines a modern clinical environment with the feel of a strong local dental office. We provide comprehensive family dentistry, including restorative, cosmetic, and emergency care, with a team focused on creating an excellent experience for every patient.

You'll have the opportunity to:

• Earn $300,000–$400,000 annually

• Receive a $25,000 signing bonus

• Practice comprehensive dentistry with strong clinical autonomy

• Build long-term relationships with an established patient base

• Work alongside other great doctors and an experienced dental team

• Provide restorative, cosmetic, emergency, and general dentistry

• Grow clinically while building a productive long-term practice

• Support a strong existing patient base and health new patient flow

We're looking for a confident, relationship-focused dentist who wants more than simply moving through a schedule.

You should be comfortable diagnosing comprehensive treatment, communicating clearly with patients, and delivering high-quality restorative dentistry. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the practice and the Longview community.

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school

• Active Washington dental license or ability to obtain one

• Strong restorative and general dentistry skills

• Excellent patient communication and treatment-planning skills

• Commitment to high-quality, patient-centered care
