And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionThe North America Process Business Manager will manage the Process Solutions business team. You will have the goal of achieving annual financial metrics such as: revenue, gross margin, orders, indirect costs, customer satisfaction index targets and other business objectives. You will lead the development and execution of a business strategy. This will be done through a direct team of engineers, project managers, and more indirect resources. The indirect resources include the Global Engineering Center (GEC), other LCS capabilities, applications consultants, proposal engineers, as well as project administrative personnel. You will work with the Global Sales and Marketing teams, the NA Lifecycle Services Commercial Teams, Regional Services & Solutions Directors (RSSDs) and other important partners to ensure the success of the business. Influence shared resources through the GEC to execute work.
