Lead Systems Programmer

We are currently seeking a Lead Systems Programmer to join our team in Alpharetta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US). Role Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain Windows Server environments with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks and system monitoring Manage and optimize SQL and DB2 database environments, including stored procedures and performance tuning Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including architects, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure infrastructure solutions align with business needs Participate in system design reviews, testing workshops, and technical planning sessions Lead efforts in identifying and resolving infrastructure defects and performance issues Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational excellence and process optimization Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team Required Qualifications: 6+ Years of PowerShell scripting and automation experience 5+ Years of experience with SQL and DB2 database environments 4+ Years of Windows Server architecture and administration Highly Preferred Skills: 3+ Years of exposure to .NET technologies (preferred but not required) Ideal Mindset: Lifelong Learner: You are always seeking to improve your technical and nontechnical skills. Compensation: The starting pay range for this remote role is $63,216.00 – $94,550, reflecting the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
