Key Responsibilities\n

• Directly engage with clients both in-person and virtually, providing therapeutic services and clinical assessments for individuals experiencing major mental illness and severe emotional disorders.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange for more comprehensive assessments when necessary, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach.

• Create and implement tailored integrated care plans, ensuring effective communication and collaboration between clients, their families, and healthcare providers.

• Participate in treatment team meetings to collaboratively evaluate client progress and adjust care plans as needed, focusing on the principles of choice and empowerment.

• Provide services that may include individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention, addressing immediate concerns while planning for long-term recovery.

• Monitor caseload, maintaining timely documentation, and ensuring adherence to organizational procedures for admissions, treatment, and discharge criteria.

• Identify safety risks within treatment environments and take proactive measures to mitigate these risks.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and participate in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery.

• Be part of the on-call rotation, providing coverage during and after program hours as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
