CAPO 29 is a new Italian fine dining restaurant in Saint Helena, CA. A totally open kitchen separated from the dining room by a large glass wall. Classic cuisine with a touch of french influence. Completely new kitchen from the floor to the ceiling. New ovens, stoves, lowboys, walk-in. WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR A SOUS CHEF The ideal candidate will possess the ability to adopt the techniques of our unique approach to Italian cuisine. We are looking for a candidate with strong leadership traits, a responsible, self-starter, with a team driven approach and impeccable standards. The ideal candidate will prove instrumental in supporting the head chef in all aspects of menu preparation.
