This role offers the flexibility of remote work while allowing for direct interaction in an outpatient office setting. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, conducting assessments and creating individualized treatment plans.

• Participate actively in interdisciplinary teams, promoting shared goals and improving service delivery through collaboration.
\n
• Utilize your knowledge in mental health to conduct brief, evidence-based screenings and arrange comprehensive assessments as needed.
\n
• Develop, implement, and evaluate integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to necessary supports and services.
\n
• Maintain a caseload that includes individual, group, and family therapy, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Monitor patient admissions and discharges, ensuring compliance with treatment protocols and safety standards.
\n
• Document clinical progress and submit timely reports to track outcomes and service effectiveness.
\n
• Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute ideas to committees focused on enhancing agency performance and quality improvement.

• Provide crisis intervention as needed, demonstrating sound judgment and effective de-escalation techniques.
\n
• Be available for on-call duties during and after program hours as assigned.

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A minimum requirement of a Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.

• Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of California.

• Strong understanding of the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders, coupled with experience in risk assessment and crisis management.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with demonstrated organizational and planning abilities.

• Effectiveness in working with diverse populations, showing cultural competence and respect for varied traditions and practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience focusing on mental health counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
