Key Responsibilities\n

• Work closely with patients experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, performing assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Conduct brief, evidence-based screenings to evaluate client needs and determine the most effective interventions.

• Create and implement integrated care plans in collaboration with clients, their families, and other healthcare providers, facilitating a holistic approach to health and wellness.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring treatment aligns with clients' presenting issues and goals.

• Assist with crisis intervention and establish safety plans, ensuring clients receive immediate support when they need it.

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, including underserved populations who may face socioeconomic barriers to both healthcare and mental health services. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
