Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Woodcrest Wellness Oasis, you will be tasked with delivering high-quality clinical services, including:

• Providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of patients facing addiction and other psychological challenges.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of psychiatric diagnoses and identified psychosocial concerns.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments through interviews, case history reviews, and observational methods to gather vital bio-psycho-social patient data.
\n
• Analyzing collected data to accurately determine diagnoses and recommend appropriate treatment pathways, including referrals to additional specialists as needed.

• Continuously evaluating the effectiveness of treatment interventions and adjusting care plans based on patient progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve primarily include individuals recovering from substance use disorders, along with co-occurring mental health issues. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients from various backgrounds, aiding them in achieving lasting recovery and healthier lifestyles through empathetic and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must meet the following requirements:

• Possess a valid LCSW license in the state of California.

• Hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
\n
• Maintain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
\n
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of medical coding, documentation practices, and relevant research methodologies.

• Exhibit exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities suitable for a dynamic work environment.

• Have a minimum of three years of direct experience in clinical social work, preferably in substance use or mental health settings.

Preferred Experience\n
