This is a full-time, remote position based within our Detox Center, accommodating the needs of clients through virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth virtual psychosocial assessments that help identify clients' strengths, resources, and areas requiring improvement.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals, families, and groups.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions focusing on topics such as recovery from addiction, coping strategies, and personal development.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including medical staff and counselors, to coordinate integrated care tailored to support overall client wellness.

• Advocate for clients, ensuring their access to necessary community resources, including housing, employment services, and ongoing support groups.

• Accurately document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in electronic health records, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through participation in team meetings and case conferences aimed at enhancing clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele primarily consists of individuals navigating detoxification and early recovery from substance use disorders, alongside co-occurring mental health conditions. You will work with a diverse range of clients, including those from various socio-economic backgrounds, making cultural competence and adaptability essential skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required, ensuring a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Current active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• A minimum of three (3) years of post-licensure experience providing clinical social work services, particularly in mental health or addiction settings.

• Proficiency in conducting detailed diagnostic assessments and formulating effective treatment plans.

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of establishing rapport with diverse populations.
