Work Environment\n

In this remote position, you will utilize our advanced telehealth platform to connect with clients across various demographics. You will benefit from a collaborative virtual atmosphere that prioritizes communication among team members while allowing flexibility to maintain your work-life balance. Our regular work hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing structure while accommodating the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and addiction needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans that align with the goals of each client.
\n
• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, applying evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to ensure holistic care for clients.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records in accordance with ethical and legal standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in regular clinical supervision meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development to enhance skills and ensure best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clientele includes individuals facing challenges related to substance misuse, mental health disorders, trauma, and emotional crises. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population and help facilitate their healing journeys. Your expertise in addiction therapy will be particularly crucial as you guide clients through the intricacies of recovery, trauma intervention, and crisis management.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in the mental health field from an accredited institution is required.

• An independent LMHC license in New York State is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in addiction therapy and mental health counseling.

• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills, along with a deep sense of empathy and cultural sensitivity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we are pleased to provide a sign-on bonus to our new hires. Our benefits package includes:
