Position Type Full Time Pay Rate $22.36 / Hour Job Schedule DayTimeMon: 01:00 PM - 11:00 PM Fri: 01:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat: 01:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun: 01:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting security-related protocols throughout the location. Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or urgent situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed. Conduct regular and random patrols of hallways, waiting areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points and help to control entry and/or exit activity in accordance with location policies, while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns. Support emergency response activities and assist with directions, escorts, and/or general assistance requests in a professional manner within a healthcare environment. Minimum Requirements Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
