Daily Responsibilities:

Menu planning and development
Food quality control and enhancement
Management of food and labor costs
Overseeing back of house and kitchen operations
Collaborating with front of house staff for seamless service

Required Skills:

Experience in culinary arts and menu development
Proficiency in banquet catering and fine dining
Strong cooking and food preparation skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
ServSafe Certified with Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Point (HACCP) knowledge

Company Information:

Great Gorge Golf Club, established in 1970 by Hugh Hefner, features a scenic 27-hole golf course designed by Fazio, located in Vernon Valley, New Jersey. The club offers a variety of services including a driving range, golf simulator, pro shop, and customizable outing packages for corporate and group events. It caters to golfers of all skill levels through leagues and special events, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. Additionally, the club introduces 1Club Park Golf, a social and accessible version of golf, making it suitable for both seasoned players and newcomers.
