Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, enabling you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while delivering care from the comfort of your home. However, you will also have access to our outpatient office facilities in Garden Grove for in-person sessions as needed. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, promoting consistent hours that align with our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders for clients aged 12 and older.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, utilizing secure telehealth platforms to ensure continued access to care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic clinical records, documenting therapeutic sessions and progress notes with meticulous attention to detail.

• Collaborate with an integrated care team comprising psychiatrists, case managers, and support staff to optimize treatment plans and improve patient outcomes.

• Participate in regular training and professional development sessions to stay updated on the latest practices and methodologies in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and life transitions. Your ability to establish trust and build rapport will be essential in creating safe spaces for your clients to share their stories and work collaboratively towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Valid California license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
