Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients to understand their unique coverage needs and financial goals.
Explain complex insurance concepts in a simple, straightforward way that makes sense to everyday people.
Prepare and present tailored quotes that provide genuine protection for families and businesses.
Check in with current clients to ensure their policies keep up with life’s changing circumstances.
Work closely with the rest of the team to handle inquiries and solve problems with a positive attitude.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions to keep our office organized and efficient.
Requirements
Active Nevada Property and Casualty insurance license.
Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role.
Clear communication skills with a focus on listening to client needs.
Comfort working with basic office software and agency management systems.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual Required: English and Spanish
