Responsibilities

Connect with prospective clients to understand their needs and explain how our insurance products can provide security and peace of mind.

Develop customized insurance solutions that protect our neighbors throughout the Las Vegas community.

Handle incoming inquiries with warmth, ensuring every person feels heard and valued.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all policy paperwork is managed properly.

Follow up with existing clients to review their coverage as their lives and needs evolve.

Participate in team meetings to share ideas and help refine our collective service approach.

Requirements

Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses for the state of Nevada.

Full fluency in both English and Spanish (verbal and written).

Previous experience working in an insurance agency or a customer-focused sales role.

Working knowledge of computer systems and basic office software.

Comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms and quoting tools.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation.
