Full‑time Registered Nurse (Ambulatory and Outpatient) at Atrium Health Primary Care, Carmel Family Medicine. Hours: M‑F 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; 40 hours per week. Pay Range: $35.50 – $53.25 per hour. What You’ll Do Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Utilize evidence‑based practice and clinical decision making, demonstrating compassion, skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications 2 years of RN experience in an ambulatory and/or family medicine setting. Bachelor’s degree in nursing. Compensation Base compensation within the listed pay range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training. Premium pay such as shift and on‑call pay based on job requirements.
