About the Role Atrium Health Primary Care Carmel Family Medicine offers comprehensive family medicine care for patients of all ages in the Charlotte, NC area. This is a full‑time RN position. Where You Will Work Atrium Health Primary Care Carmel Family Medicine provides a full range of services, including routine physicals, women’s health, newborn and well‑child care, same‑day sick visits, and chronic disease management. Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, delivering safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Apply evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, compassion, and skillful communication while leading efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. Preferred Qualifications Prior ambulatory and family medicine experience. Prior clinical lead experience. Two or more years of RN experience. Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
