Registered Nurse (RN)- Atrium Health Outpatient Neurology Ballantyne FT

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team full-time at Atrium Health Ballantyne Neurology, located at 15110 John J Delaney Drive Ste 200, Charlotte, NC. This role supports outpatient neurology care for children and adults with a wide range of neurological conditions. Position Details Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Pay range: $35.50 – $53.25 per hour. Benefits eligible. Key Responsibilities Majority of the responsibilities involve rooming and clinical support. The RN will also assist with telephone triage, assessing patient symptoms over the phone, prioritizing concerns, relaying critical information to providers, and ensuring timely, safe guidance for patients and families. The RN will provide comprehensive patient care through the nursing process, utilizing evidence‑based practice, clinical decision‑making, and compassionate communication to create the safest patient environment and deliver the best patient experience. Requirements Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program. Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which you practice. Minimum of 1 year of RN experience preferred. Current BLS certification required. Strong communication, assessment, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced outpatient environment. BSN preferred. Strong clinical judgment and team‑oriented mindset. Compensation Base compensation within the listed pay range, based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.
