As a Catering Manager, you’ll oversee the planning and execution of catered events – spreading light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences for every guest. Responsibilities Grow catering market segments: solicit new client relationships, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts to close new business Cultivate client relationships: maintain strong connections with existing corporate and social accounts to secure repeat business Create exceptional experiences: design creative menus and catered events that maximize revenue and elevate the guest experience Oversee event coordination: manage event documentation, facilitate transitions throughout pre‑event, event, and post‑event phases, and serve as primary client contact to ensure smooth execution and proactive issue resolution Guide team performance: communicate client requirements, provide direction, and offer feedback and coaching to ensure consistent, high‑level service Qualifications What it takes to make the stay: A passion for spreading the light and warmth of hospitality.
