Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for ASHA certification if applicable.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of starting employment.
