We give you the opportunity to take charge of your career.YOUR FUTURE AS OUR HVAC REPLACEMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE:This role plays a major part in our company's continued growth and development, building sustainable relationships with customers and creating profitable business pipelines. You'll learn about each customer's unique objectives, identify the solutions we have for them, and effectively sell new equipment, service agreements, and renewals. You'll follow up on leads, conduct surveys, and generate new leads through customer referrals, door hangers, product presentations to Big Box associates, and other marketing initiatives.Showing up to scheduled appointments on time, you'll speak with customers, generate cost estimates, create job proposals, and demonstrate how we can meet their needs. You'll adapt to customers' varying interests/emotions and follow all company policies as you close new deals. You'll complete financing paperwork, collect payments, and help wherever else needed to drive daily success.Goals: Maintain a 70%+ closing ratio on technician-generated leads, a 50%+ closing ratio on marketed leads, a company-established average sales price, and a 100% customer satisfaction rate.Qualifications:1+ years of outside sales experience (3+ years preferred)Proven record of sales success with a consultative, collaborative approachHigh school diploma or equivalentIntermediate computer and Microsoft proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)Excellent English communication (verbal & written), presentation, and negotiation skillsCustomer service mindset with strong relationship-building skillsDisciplined work ethic with an honest, positive attitudeValid driver's licenseFlexibility to work overtime as needed, including some occasional weekend hoursPhysical requirements:Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, etc.) while wearing PPEAbility to drive and operate a passenger vehicle or forkliftAbility to frequently move up to 50 lbs., bend, crawl, kneel, crouch, and walkAbility to climb ladders, work at heights/in stairways, and occasionally work on platforms/scaffoldingOur ideal HVAC Replacement Sales Representative has some existing HVAC knowledge and is bilingual in English/Spanish. Experience generating estimates and making in-home service agreement sales would be preferred.
