Are you a culinary professional looking to showcase your skills in a dynamic and community-focused environment? Antimony Brewing is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team to the next level. As a Head Chef at Antimony Brewing, you will have the opportunity to craft unique menus, manage food quality, and oversee kitchen operations in a fast-paced brewpub and event space setting.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Plan and create innovative tap room and banquet menus
- Ensure high food quality standards are maintained in all dishes served
- Manage food costs and inventory to optimize profitability
- Supervise back of house staff and ensure smooth kitchen operations
- Oversee labor costs and scheduling to maximize efficiency
Required Skills:
- Strong culinary management experience
- Menu development expertise
- Proficient in food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Experience in high-volume dining or banquet catering
Salary and Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: $55,000.00
- Maximum Salary: $68,000.00
