What You’ll Work On As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Justworks, you'll play a critical role in expanding our B2B sales pipeline and driving revenue. Create and execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and social media to connect with key decision‑makers. Drive top‑of‑funnel growth by initiating sales conversations and developing a strong top‑of‑funnel pipeline for Account Executives. Use Salesforce, Salesloft, and other sales tools to build prospect lists, craft messaging, execute outreach, and track your results. Conduct value‑driven conversations with prospects, focusing on their needs and how Justworks can solve their unique problems. Master Justworks and the PEO industry, becoming an expert on market trends and competition. Qualifications Ability to research and identify target prospects, using tools to find right people at right companies and understand their business needs. Comfortable with high‑volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and social media. Communicate clearly and concisely, especially for complicated topics. Strong organizational and time‑management skills. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is a plus. Compensation This position is paid a base wage plus incentive compensation. The base wage range for this position in our Tampa office is $27.72 – $27.72 per hour, with competitive On‑Target Earnings of $86,457.60 – $86,457.60. Final offers may vary. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed and earnings are subject to plan terms and conditions. Salary ranges may differ based on location and other factors.
