The ideal candidate will have two to six years of sophisticated law firm experience with private equity, private credit, commercial lending, and mezzanine finance transactions. The candidate should have experience representing both lenders and borrowers in connection with secured and unsecured syndicated credit facilities, asset-based loans, and acquisition financings. Experience with loan workouts and restructurings is preferred.Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
