Provides superior client experience. Ensures compliance with risk and regulatory requirements. May assist Senior Leadership with the strategic planning for the group.Partners with sales team, relationship managers, investment bankers, traders and other internal service partners to develop, market and deliver complex capital markets solutions to our clients.Provides appropriate solutions based on in-depth assessment of client objectives and market conditions. Develops and maintains client and/or investor relationships. Allocates client coverage to optimize alignment.Coordinates the execution of sales and marketing strategies including new product development, structuring, and distribution, to maximize sales and new business activity.Continually develops knowledge of industry and market developments, deal flow and regulatory requirements. Enforces compliance with policies and regulations.
